1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pust1 website or app, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Identity verification (KYC) is a mandatory part of the registration process and is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Verification may include submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of address. pust1 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pust1 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. 4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and transactions on pust1 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported deposit channels currently include GCash, Maya, Philippine bank transfers, and mobile banking. Specific channel availability may change over time.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on pust1.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• pust1 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited are for gaming purposes only and do not earn interest.

Deposits that cannot be verified or that are associated with suspicious activity may be held pending investigation. pust1 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processing systems outside the platform.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of winnings and account balance are processed in Philippine Peso via the same local payment channels used for deposits. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts registered in the same name as your pust1 account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period. Current limits are displayed in your account settings.
• Processing times vary by payment channel and account VIP tier. Higher VIP tiers receive faster processing.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to review if unusual activity is detected.

pust1 is not responsible for delays caused by bank or e-wallet processing times once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched from the platform.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on pust1 — including slot games, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and eBingo rooms — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within the platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) for electronic games and by physical live-dealer processes for live casino games. General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pust1 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Using another person's payment method or account credentials.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the platform.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• Unusual, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent account activity is detected.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction has been applied.
• The account is found to belong to an ineligible user.

You may also choose to close your account at any time by contacting support. If your account is closed while a bonus is active, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard procedures.
